Cancellation & Refund Policy

Rapidbott provides an online software platform that enables users to build, manage, and automate chatbot interactions. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms related to subscription cancellations, refunds, and service modifications. By using Rapidbott, you agree to comply with these policies.

1. Subscription Cancellation

  • Customers may cancel their paid subscription at any time through the Workspace Billing section in the Rapidbott dashboard.

  • Once the cancellation request is submitted, the workspace will be immediately downgraded to the Free Plan, and the subscription will be canceled.


2. Refund Policy

  • No Refunds: All payments for Rapidbott’s services are non-refundable.

  • No Partial Refunds: There will be no refunds or credits for:

           - Partial months of service

           - Upgrade/downgrade refunds

           - Unused subscription periods with an open account

  • No Chargeback Claims: Any chargeback claims filed after using the service will be considered a violation of our terms.

3. Service Termination by Rapidbott

  • Rapidbott reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account at any time, at its sole discretion, without prior notice.

  • In case of termination due to a violation of our Terms of Service, no refund will be provided.


4. Service Modifications & Discontinuation

  • Rapidbott may add, remove, or modify features and functionalities of the service at any time.

  • If the service is permanently discontinued, Rapidbott will provide users with the necessary time to export their data.
