Rapidbott provides an online software platform that enables users to build, manage, and automate chatbot interactions. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms related to subscription cancellations, refunds, and service modifications. By using Rapidbott, you agree to comply with these policies.
1. Subscription Cancellation

Customers may cancel their paid subscription at any time through the Workspace Billing section in the Rapidbott dashboard.

Once the cancellation request is submitted, the workspace will be immediately downgraded to the Free Plan, and the subscription will be canceled.
2. Refund Policy

No Refunds: All payments for Rapidbott’s services are non-refundable.

No Partial Refunds: There will be no refunds or credits for:
- Partial months of service
- Upgrade/downgrade refunds
- Unused subscription periods with an open account

No Chargeback Claims: Any chargeback claims filed after using the service will be considered a violation of our terms.
3. Service Termination by Rapidbott

Rapidbott reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account at any time, at its sole discretion, without prior notice.

In case of termination due to a violation of our Terms of Service, no refund will be provided.
4. Service Modifications & Discontinuation

Rapidbott may add, remove, or modify features and functionalities of the service at any time.

If the service is permanently discontinued, Rapidbott will provide users with the necessary time to export their data.
